Lakeside Trail

Trail Overview
Located near the lakeside parking area at Natural Bridge State Resort Park in Powell County, Lakeside Trail is a connector trail with a difficulty rating of Easy. Although short, this trail offers opportunities to view wildlife such as turtles and waterfowl. There is swinging bridge located near the end of the trail.
Trail Access
Hikers can park at the lakeside lot that contains a sign labelled “Natural Bridge Arch Trail Parking” in order to make your way into the main section of the park via this connector trail. The trail can also be accessed via the swinging bridge if you choose to park closer to the gift shop.
